Return policy : We have 10-days return policy. It means you
have 10 days in hand after receiving the item but you need to report the issue within 48hrs of delivery.
We only accept return/exchange/refund of products received broken on arrival/transit. For all such issues, we would be needing an unboxing un-cut video . But, we will not be able to return/exchange/refund the product if the issue is not reported within 48hrs of the delivery. Our crystal products are natural stones and it is normal to have minor imperfections, cracks, textures, internal dirt spots Etc.
